Pink Perfection: How Arlene Transformed her Little Girls Rooms

We were over the moon to get the opportunity to collaborate with Digital Creator Arlene Costello, who you will know from Instagram for her love of fashion and interior design. Arlene and her husband moved into their beautiful home  seven years ago, it is their first self build and they have been decorating it since they moved in. Their interior design style is traditional georgian style with slash and bay windows.

Arlene has always had an interest in interiors and loves picking up little bits and pieces and adding them to the house. The theme she would like to carry throughout the house is a traditional, classic country theme. Which she has been adding to since they moved in as her style as adapted throughout the time living there. 

Arlene firstly collaborated with us on her little girl Juliana’s room. Juliana is four so Arlene was looking for something girly but also something that will stand the test of time. She decided on a Roman blind for this room as the window size is more suitable for a Roman blind. She then chose the Natural Herringbone White fabric paired with the Loire Pink braid. This is a happy medium between Juliana being happy with the playful pop of pink and Arlene being happy with the classic herringbone design. 

For Arlene’s older girls room Isabel, Arlene chose Ready Made curtains. Isabel is almost seven and wanted a big girl bedroom. Arlene wanted to create a luxury hotel feel to the room, the room also has a larger window so curtains were the perfect finishing touch. 

Arlene chose the Hampton Blosom Pink & Pink Pom Poms which complemented her interiors perfectly.
