Window Dressing Inspiration: Luxurious Curtains for Elegant Interiors

Last week we created a blog post to show you some of the window dressings we have created for our client's beautiful homes. This post was very popular amongst our clients and they requested to see more, we also have 20% off our fabrics in-store and online which also makes this the perfect opportunity to show you more of what we have to offer.

For this beautiful master bedroom, we collaborated with Digital Creator Lauren who you will know from Instagram as Laurenk_28. Lauren’s bedroom interiors are very luxurious and she wanted curtains that would complement this but still be elegant and not take away from the luxury feel. Lauren’s interiors include gold, cream, grey and silver undertones. To complement these colours Lauren chose the Marela Herringbone fabric in the shade grey for full-length made-to-measure curtains with a  pinch-pleat heading.

If your style is more simple like  Digital Creator Triona from Cherington House then these are the curtains for you. Triona has a great eye for detail and great imagination. For her own bedroom, Triona wanted to keep it simple and sophisticated so she decided on the Natural Herringbone fabric in the shade grey. Triona also decided not to add a braid to create a minimal and sophisticated look.

Roman Blinds are another great option for dressing your windows. Especially in busy areas of the home such as kitchens, playrooms and nurseries. As you can see here our client wanted to keep her interiors quite minimalistic. To achieve this she chose the Natural Herringbone fabric in the shade white along with a braid which matches this fabric perfectly.

White and cream interiors are becoming increasingly popular. You can see why from this client's home. These beautiful made-to-measure curtains were created using the Dorset Herringbone fabric. Our client then chose a braid which not only complements the curtains but also ties in the interiors perfectly. Tiebacks were also used to add an extra touch of luxury.

We also worked with Digital Creator, Nurse and new Mum Sinéad DeButléir when she first moved into her new home. We helped her to plan the window dressing for her bay window which also has a window seat. Sinéad chose the beautiful Marela Herringbone fabric in the shade Two Tone Grey. Sinéad’s kitchen is quite minimal so this fabric along with the matching braid matches it perfectly.
