Michelle’s Georgian Inspired Roman Blinds with a Modern Twist

We were delighted to get the opportunity to collaborate with Content Creator, Makeup Artist and Mum of two girls Michelle Fox. Michelle and her husband built their dream home a few years ago and have added their finishing touches ever since. 

Michelle’s creative talent and keen eye for detail shines through her interior design style as walking through her home feels like browsing a luxury interior design magazine or scrolling through Pinterest. 

We collaborated with Michelle on her kitchen which is the heart of the home. As Michelle has a young family the kitchen is very busy, along with the space where they entertain guests and have many family gatherings. 

Due to this Michelle wanted to make it a cosy and welcoming space yet practical and functional, which is why she chose Roman blinds to sit inside her window architrave. 

Michelle chose the Ashford Natural Plain fabric and Lyon Greige braid which complements her current interiors perfectly. Michelle has marble effect worktops, the deep shade in this marble it brought to life as it matches the paint colour on the walls and now her Roman blinds too. Michelle has a Georgian inspired interior design style with a modern twist.
