We were absolutely delighted to collaborate with Kate Rice, the creative mind behind the popular Instagram account @building_elderwood, where she shares every detail of her beautiful self-build journey in Cork.

Kate's approach to interiors is thoughtful and intentional, and her son's bedroom is a perfect example of that. "Boys bedrooms can be beautiful too," Kate told us. Her goal was simple but meaningful: create a space that could grow with him, a room that felt considered and special rather than just functional.
