Georgian Inspired Roman Blind with Tanya from Ballybough House

We were delighted to get the opportunity to collaborate with Tanya from Ballybough House who you will know from Instagram for her beautiful Georgian home.

Tanya lives with her husband and children in their beautiful Georgian-style home. Tanya has always loved period-style architecture which was the inspiration behind their self-build. The family moved into their dream home in 2021 and it has been real a labour of love.  

Tanya discovered Material World through Instagram which inspired her to visit our website. Tanya fell in love with our collection of fabrics and ordered samples as she was looking for a window dressing for her kitchen window. Her kitchen is a large open-plan space with beautiful white and gold furnishings. Her kitchen window is quite large which makes it the focal point in the room. 

Tanya chose a Roman blind to dress this window which sits just outside the recess. Tanya chose the fabric Dorset Herringbone Grey and the Brittany braid which complements her soft furnishings to perfection.
