Tailor-Made Elegance: Minimalistic Made To Measure Curtains

A common trend we have noticed among our clients is choosing more minimal and neutral fabrics with matching braids, no patterns and matching their interiors to perfection. This style of interior design was once considered cold and clinical, but as you can see from this client's home, it is anything but. 

Our client wanted to create a relaxed and comfortable area for their family and friends to come together and enjoy each other's company. They also wanted the room to be bright during the daytime and to allow lots of light into the room. The colour on the walls of this room is a beautiful cream shade with interiors that match the room perfectly. 

To complement the interiors in this room and to create the atmosphere which the client desired we knew exactly what fabric and window dressing the client should choose. We  suggested full-length made-to-measure curtains in the fabric Dorset Herringbone Cream, a pinch pleat finish and a matching braid. 

The braid is not only the perfect shade of cream which ties the curtains and interiors together. The deeper shade in the braid matches the deeper shades of cream which is used in the interiors that were already in the room. We also added tie-backs which again matched the curtains to perfection.
